Working so hard in the massive forest, has made me stuck in the boreness to the maximal.
I had a big plan, arranged a nice holiday. Want to see the nature again. The green things.
Malang. East Java. Was my first choice because I’ve heard so many things about this city.
I have been visited Malang once, when I was still too young. But I never had enjoyed the trip because it was with my family. I wanted to enjoy it myself.
But I have known that I will not visit Malang, but Batu. Its weather was so cold because it is laid on the mountain, not in the middle of the city.
So I arranged which one place that I would visit to fulfill my curiosity. Want to explore Malang more much.
After a few days there, I must have to admited that there are only two amazing places got my attention.
1. Coban Rondo Waterfall.
2. Omah Kayu
Now, let me describe two best places in my humble opinion.
Actually, Coban Rondo Waterfall is the famous waterfall in Batu, Malang. Everybody must have known about this.
First I had explored the maze in Coban Rondo area, I must said thank you to my friend who took my pictures in that maze. You must look his picture! It was amazing and stunning pictures.
After that, we walked to the waterfall. I am so amazed by the beauty of the waterfall. Made me am so proud of God, who created this amazing waterfall. At least I was enjoying myself there with him for one hour.
The dawn has coming, you can’t only walk continuosly. Have to looking for a place to stay and take a rest, right?
My choice has fallen for Omah Kayu. It is tree house. It became famous on social media because of the teenager who always took some selfies and posted it on their social media. It got my curiosity to explore that.
So I have made a booking for that since a few months ago, because it is said that the seven only tree house is always full, especially in the weekend.
Met a few people which are the guard and landlord, confirmed my booking with half payment remains. They brought me to tree house and there are so many people there just for took their selfies.
You have to know that some people which do not book the tree house, are not allowed to let in. But the rules permited them to took some pictures in the front of the tree house. But only 4 persons can stand up in the front of the tree house, maximal six persons at least.
Since the tree houses are only made from the nature like woods and anything, it tells us when it is raining, you are not allowed to use your gadget or use some electricity if you do not want to die because of the thunder, which could reach you anytime.
Thanks God when I was there, its weather so good and I could took some beautiful pictures at the midnight. I really love this place and will come again in one day.
Woke up at 5 a.m. made me so fresh. Did not care for the cold weather, it is normal when you stay at the place like it. That is why I wanted so much to book some hotels in the mountain area. Actually one of my best friends suggested me to stay at the famous hotel, well-known Tugu Hotels, but I did not want to stay in the middle of that city.
In the morning, everything was really looked beautiful and I hurried to took some beautiful pictures. I did not want to regret!
Left Omah Kayu at 9 a.m with my company, he suggested me to try a new challenge. It is an extremely challenge, actually, because it is a paragliding.
Was convincing myself to try a new experience which I would not to be able to forget in my whole life, and after some advices from my friend and the instructurers, I had decided to be brave.
Yes. Bought a chance to enjoy an extreme sport! A paragliding.
I wore some safety equipment. Borrowed the sandals and fly!! At the first, I was so scared but then I am so excited.
Oh my God! My God! It was so fun! I am so grateful for looking the amazing creature by God below me! The green things!!
I will never forget the great trip!
And then I visited so many places until I was so tired but I did not care for that, I just enjoyed it so much.
Finally, caught my train hurriedly, laid my butt on the chair when my feet got sore deeply and was thinking, “Nice trip and I will not regret that.”
But I promise that I will visit another exciting destination in Batu, Malang, such as Coban Tengah’s Waterfall and any else.
